LukaGRC provides a security program and compliance automation platform with AI-powered features including evidence mapping, questionnaire automation, policy management, and framework compliance tracking.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

AI outputs are suggestions and do not constitute professional advice.

7. Payment Terms

Fees

Pricing is available at lukagrc.com/pricing. Fees are billed in advance on a subscription basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

Changes to Pricing

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)
• Emergency security updates
• Investigation of suspected violations

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by LukaGRC. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Fail to pay fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days. After that, we may delete your data.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your compliance requirements or that AI-generated content will be error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUKAGRC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify LukaGRC from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your content or data

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
